Client-Side Data Processing: Your Sleeper league data, player statistics, and personalized calculations are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers. We facilitate your browser's direct connection to the Sleeper API but do not collect or store this fantasy data.

Our AI-powered trade finder and analysis tools are subject to usage limitations:

• Daily request limits apply to AI trade recommendations
• Rate limits vary based on subscription tier

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should exercise their own judgment when making fantasy football decisions.

Breaking Fantasy integrates with various third-party services:

• Sleeper API: Your browser connects directly to Sleeper to access your fantasy league data (we facilitate this connection but don't store the data)
• Player Statistics Sources: For current and historical player performance data (processed client-side)
• Google AdSense: For displaying advertisements
• Authentication Providers: Google and Discord for secure login

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
